Revival weekend for PSV, Lyon and/or Bayern??

When writing this post I came to the conclusion that this weekend it the weekend of the revivals (PSV, Bayern and Lyon). Rarely seen that so big teams having a back to back loosing streak.

Jupiler league

Westerlo (8) - Bergen (14) (Won(2-1))
Bergen lost 5 out of their last 6 away games, Westerlo 4 out of their last 6 home games.I have no doubt that Westerlo will win this one.

Lokeren (15) - Roeselare (6) (Lost(1-1))
I really don't understand how it is possible that Roeselare stands so high in the ranking and why Lokeren stands so low. Football I guess? Roeselare away from home is no succes but Lokeren at home also not. Roeselare surprised everybody by winning 0-1 with a last minut goal against Brugge. They surely will not win twice in a row away from home. Also Football is improving in Lokeren, so my money is on them.

Bundesliga

Bayern Münich (4) - Arminia Bielefeld (10) (Won(1-0))
I cannot imagine that Bayern will continue with their bad streak, they haven't won in their last 3 games(2 defeats and 1 draw). The defence probably will be re-arranged (a big chance that Van Buyten will start on the bench). Bielefeld hasn't won in their last 6 games so an excellent victim vor Bayern to improve their confidence.

Premier League
Manchester United (1) - Charlton (19) (Won(2-0))
I give Charlton no chance. 99 times out of 100 Man U will win this one. No further comment needed.

Reading (6) - Aston Villa (13) (Won(2-0))
For a newcomer Reading has an impressive track record at home. Aston Villa is climbing in the ranking. My money is on Reading who hasn't lost in their last 6 games.

Arsenal (4) - Wigan Athletic (17) (Won(2-1))
Arsenal should not have any problems with Wigan. While Arsenal possibly sometimes gets surprised away from home, this rearly happens at home. Arsenal hasn't lost yet at home. The money is on Arsenal.

Ligue 1
Lyon (1) - Lorient (7) (Won(1-0))
The loosing has to stop for Lyon, while they still have a big lead the pressure on the team is increasing. Their last victory is from the 20th of january (5 games ago). Lorient only won 1 away game from their last 6 and I consider them a sitting duck.

Calcio

While it is still unknown which matches will be played with or without a crowd, I'm not going to make any predictions. I consider this a match day to dangerous to bet on.

Eredivisie

Sparta Rotterdam (13) - PSV (1) (Lost(1-1))
Ages ago that PSV lost back-toback. Pretty confident that they will work out their frustation on Sparta. The losses of PSV gave AZ and Ajax back titles hope and PSV likes the crush these again as soon as possbile.

Primera Divsion

No matches where I have enough confident in.

So, 8 matches made the cut. Now it is a matter a connected the dots.
It will be split up in 3 combo (2x3 and 1x2).

My bets:
On each combo 1€ will be placed
Combo 1: Lokeren and PSV -> possible pay-out 2.95€ -> Lost
Combo 2: Westerlo, Manchester United and Readin -> Possible pay-out 3.90€ -> won
Combo 3: Arsenal, Lyon and Bayern -> possible pay-out 2.21€ -> won

Total at stake: 3€
Possible pay-out: 9.06€
Actual pay-out: 6.11€
Profit/loss this post: 3.11
Profit this month: 1.93

Good Luck,
