After a discussion on a bloggerforum I came to the following I was pointed on the Program Policies for Adsense.
From the google Adsense Program Policies:
Site Content
Sites displaying Google ads may not include:
Gambling or casino-related content
Not sure what to do I emailed the Google Adsense team with the following email:
Hi,
I have seen in the progam policies that blog which have gambling relatedcontent are not allowed to use Adsense. My blog is about sports betting. I just explain my own bets.
Which also confuses me is that I see a lot of betting related adsenselinks on mine and other blogs. How does this correlate?
Can you tell me if I'm am in violation with my blog or not?

Thx,Dremeber
The response was what I expected. Some headlines of their response:
Hi Dremeber,
Thanks for your inquiry regarding our program policies. As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted toplace Google ads on sites with content related to gambling or casinos.
Because Google AdSense and Google AdWords are separate programs, I can'tcomment directly on on the betting related AdWords ads on your site.
However, I have forwarded your finding to our team of specialists forfurther investigation.
...
We kindly ask that you make any necessary changes to your web pages in the next 72 hours.
...
If you choose not to make the changes toyour account within the next three days, your account will remain activebut you will no longer be able to display ads on the site.
...
Sincerely,
The Google AdSense Team
I don't expect any response from them again. So if you think that you can gain some money via Adsense with your "sports betting" or "poker" blog, you are wrong. I even read somewhere that they only point you to this fact when they have to pay you.
So don't give them a chance on free adds and just remove the adsense part from your blog.
A good replacement for Adsense is Adbrite.
Cheers,
European Sports Betting
